Privacy Policy

Who we are
Solstice AI ("we," "us," or "our") is a DBA of P&N Holding Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through solsticegrowthai.com and app.solsticegrowthai.com (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to privacy@solsticegrowthai.com.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address and password, or, if you sign in with Google, your name, email address, and profile picture. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Business information. The website domain you submit and your answers about what you sell, who you serve, and where you want to rank.
Waitlist information. The email address you enter to join our waitlist.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive your billing status and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.
Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, and device type, which we use to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse. Where possible we store IP addresses only in hashed form.
Public website and search data. When you submit a domain, we crawl the public pages of that website and collect public search result data about where it appears.
Google user data. If you choose to connect your Google account, we access the Google data described in the next section.
How we use Google user data
Signing in with Google gives us only your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture). We do not request access to any other Google data at sign in.
If you choose to connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console, we request read only access to them. From Google Analytics we read the list of properties you can access and reporting data for the properties you select, such as visitors, sessions, page views, and traffic sources. From Google Search Console we read the list of sites you can access and search performance data for the sites you select, such as search queries, clicks, impressions, click through rate, and average position.
We use this data only to provide features you can see in the Service. That means showing your real traffic and search performance in your report, computing your site grade and possible improvements, recommending keywords, and answering the questions you ask our analyst. We never create, change, or delete anything in your Google accounts.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to anyone except service providers who process it on our behalf to provide the Service, including AI providers that generate the written explanations in your report under terms that do not allow them to train their models on it, and except where required by law or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
No person at our company reads your Google user data unless you give us permission for a specific request, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Google access tokens and Google user data are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by emailing us. When you remove access or delete your account, we delete the Google user data we stored within 30 days.
Solstice AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use other information
We use your information to create and run your account, scan your website, build your report, process payments, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and send you emails you need, such as verification codes, receipts, and account notices. If you join the waitlist or become a customer, we may also send product updates, and every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe.
If you invite friends through our referral feature, we send each friend one email on your behalf. We never add them to our marketing lists.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit how they use it. These include providers of hosting and databases, payment processing, email delivery, search and website data, AI text generation, and security. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies in the app.
How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is open. Scan results for accounts that never subscribe are deleted after a limited period. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing privacy@solsticegrowthai.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
Security and children
We protect your information with encryption, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. The Service is meant for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and we will email you before any change that affects how we use your data. Contact Solstice AI at privacy@solsticegrowthai.com.
